At Brass Classics we pride ourselves on our customer service. Being a family run business we feel that we give service and support that's unbeatable as well as a personal touch.

We ask that you allow up to 21 working days for your goods to be shipped (we are often much quicker with 5-7 working days being more normal) - however due to the nature of the items and the huge range of stock, certain items may have to be ordered specially for customers. All orders are shipped first class proof of posting or 'signed for' mail(certain goods will be shipped special delivery at no extra charge) according to Royal Mail postage rates based on approximate weights plus a very small handling charge. On the very rare occassions that delivery may take longer we will contact you first.

Non UK mainland orders will be shipped by 'International Signed For' - a recorded delivery airmail service. This is a fast and cost effective service that means we can supply to most of Europe well within an additional 5 days and usually just an additional 5-10 days to the USA and much of the rest of the world!

Fed-ex or UPS is also available for very large orders - contact us for details.

If we are out of stock of a particular item but have a similar in stock we will contact you and offer the other item instead. This may be something simple like a small change in gemstone colour. Unfortunately we cannot always guarantee that gemstone colours will be identical to those described but will contact you prior to shipping if there is a significant difference.

Brass Classics's Returns Procedure

In the unlikely event of any defects we will offer a replacement or full refund on receipt of the faulty goods providing they are returned within 7 days of you receiving them. Contact returns@Brass with details of the fault and item you wish to return and include your order number. PLEASE NOTE - we DO NOT accept returns unless authorized first either via e-mail (preferred method) or by telephone.

Should you wish to exchange the item for something else, simply return it unopened with 1.50 to cover handling + any increase in cost for the new item, in cheque, stamps or cash, a copy of your original invoice and details of the item you wish to exchange to. We cannot offer an exchange service for non-UK mainland orders unless by prior agreement. Please note - as above contact us first before returning any goods. This will ensure that any exchanges are carried out in a prompt and efficient manner.

All returns MUST be sent back recorded delivery. If this is not done we cannot accept any responsibility for any returns sent. If the case of faulty goods we will refund any postage costs directly into your Paypal or WorldPay account upon request.

All products (unless otherwise stated) are guaranteed for 28 days from purchase. This guarantee does not cover accidental damage or damage caused my misuse of an item.

If for any reason we need to refund a payment in part or in full, this will be performed within 14 days.
